Great service good sales fast delivery
Twice ordering different products and twice gave me wrong sizes. Ordered older kids small and both times have got infant sizes. Got refund in shop no problem.
Order went through without notification resulting in 2 orders arriving. No response to email about my delivery query and no refund or acknowledgement received after returns made 6 days ago.

Order 2 Leinster Rugby Jerseys on online. Payed extra for next day delivery. Items arrived 2 days later. The sizes were XL & M and were ordered based on the Guide size chart. What arrived were labelled as XL & M but the sizes were tiny. My 16 year old son could not get the M on as it was very narrow. Matching more closely to a XS chart guide. The XL did fit my son. He is very thin and all his other t-shirt are either M or S. We when to the stadium, but I was extremely disappointed not to have a Supporter Jersey. A few days later I when to shop to be told yes the sizes are very small and Leinster probably with not go with this manufacture next session. There were not any alternative sizes or other Leinster tops. So I got my Money back and left feeling very let down.
Next day delivery and option to return to my local Lifestyle store are great bonuses.

The delivery service was great!! Ordered and delivered the very next day was ideal!! The only thing I must complain about and the reason it’s only 4* is because the shop wouldn’t accept my UNiDAYS account for a student discount and only wanted my card which I left at home that day. I don’t understand why they wouldn’t accept UNiDAYS
The assistant that served me was absolutely lovely. She helped me with an exchange. She was courteous, funny and nothing was a problem to her. I had a lovely experience. I will go to her again when looking for sports wear.
Thw delivery service of receiving the items was second to none . Unfortunately the returns process is shocking. I had to contact DPD regarding their pick up .. it had been returned to retailer and I have received nothing regarding refund.. 11 days since process first started ..
