Ordered online to shop, website gave sunday opening hours for shop but the shop wasn't open on Sunday. Had to take time out of work following week to go collect package in town

Quick and no hassle

Received a dirty item when I opened my order. Customer support wasn't much help other than to tell me to return and they would reorder a new one once they received it and they would say it to the warehouse. This was for a birthday present and unfortunately it is now too late. Very disappointing and would think twice about ordering again.
