EVERYTHING !!

Rep. becomes arrogant & condescending, stating "you want it fixed or not, this is how its done. You don't call them back, no part, totally up to you ".
> You call back insurance company, another 30 mins to provide them part info. They say " you need to call back in a week to check status and get tracking #. I said "why did you take my email if I have to call back to get that info?"
Reply " that's the way its done ".
You ask for confirmation of final call back #, they say use claim #.

I said " you call them" he agreed, called back a few minutes later, said I found the problem ".
The manufacturer had your name spelled wrong, the wrong address, the wrong phone # and didn't have your email address. They shipped out the product immediately but it was returned, need to start over".
>i called BS on that info because both the insurance company & manufacturer make you repeat it over & over.

> So folks, although Mattress Firm never disclosed you must work with insurance & manufacturer for warranty coverage, including pricey extended, you are on your own the minute you step out that door.
Make Mattress Firm fix the issue, that's who you paid the thousands of $$$$ to.
