Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I told the operator it is probably the remote I tried everything else. I tried to reprogram the remote nothing worked. She said am I home with the bed I told her no I was working she snickered and laughed on the other end of the line. Made me feel like I was stupid for not being home. I said I just need an appointment she said not until you talk to someone so we can troubleshoot. Very disrespectful. Not helpful at all. Terrible customer service. I’ll never do business again.
