Ecco Schuhe sind entweder ein Fake oder Materialfehler. Völlig kaputte Sohle an beiden Schuhe. Nach sehr kurzer Tragezeit. Rückgabe wird verweigert mit dem Argument normale Abnutzung. Interessant ist auch das die gesamte Kommunikation eingestellt wird. Ich hatte angeboten Fotos meiner alten Ecco Schuhe zu senden um zu zeigen was normale Abnutzung bedeutet. Darauf kam keinerlei Antwort.

Brought 4 Pairs of vivobarefoots from these guys. Super value, great comms and fast delivery. Faultless service. Michelle was also very helpful and responsive to my questions. Highly recommended and I’ll no doubt be back for more trainers 🤭

Fantastic service. I ordered a pair of Birkenstock sandals recently. They arrived very quickly but sadly didn’t fit me (and they were a great price too). The refund process was very straightforward and the payment was refunded to my account within a couple of days. I would definitely buy from this company again.

Everything went well with the order, delivery update and the delivery itself. The shoes were as described and fitted well. My only concern would have been with any returns/refunds as the conditions for these as detailed in the shipment seemed inflexible. Fortunately I wont be returning the shoes
