I've ordered a quite few Vivo barefoot shoes, 100% original and they deliver fast. Even if they don't fit, they have a great service when you return provided they are not worn outside. I've been recommended them to a friend and they bought something too. Great company!!

Legend footwear charged me $53 for return new shoes back, their website has inaccurate color description, I ordered black slate shoes but received brown,tried to return and got charged $53, bad business.

Ich habe bei Amazon ein Paar Red Wing Moc Toe zu einem attraktiven Preis bestellt. Nach wenigen Stunden kam eine Nachricht von Legend Footwear, dass das bestellte Modell nicht lieferbar wäre und sie mir stattdessen eine andere Farbe (hässlich) schicken würden. Dies wollte ich nicht und so stornierte ich die Bestellung. Der Kontakt mit dem Kundendienst ging zwar flott, jedoch mangelte am Verständnis - wahrscheinlich benutzen sie ein schlechtes Übersetzungsprogramm. Dann bestellte ich die Schuhe in schwarz, welche mir auch gut gefielen und laut Amazon auch in meiner Größe bestellbar waren. Aber wieder das gleiche Spiel.....kurze Zeit später eine Mail mit dem Vorschlag die hässliche Farbe zu senden. Es scheint so zu sein, dass sie so ihre Ladenhüter an den Mann bringen wollen. Die Verfügbarkeit ist nur vorgetäuscht, um Kunden an die Angel zu bekommen. Zur Verifizierung meiner Annahme dann noch eine andere populäre Farbe....selbes Spiel. Das nenne ich unseriös.
