They take your case and then they don’t pay you. Total scam and con I will now be taking the matter to a small claim court myself. Do not use this company at all costs

Company has gone into administration

Company has gone into administration. Ive not been paid from a recent successful case. Ive now been advised that UK Legal Services failed to submit a document to the courts, and now my case likely been thrown out and money lost. Just another example of Broken Britain. Rogue operators, running dodgy companies. Which close and then reopen under other names. Whilst doing a runner with any profits. Leaving the consumer out in the cold.

Insolvency Imminent

Have just received an email from them to say they are about to appoint Administrators as the business is involvent. No mention of this on their website though! I had an awful experience and complained to the Legal Ombudsman. I was awarded compensation. I feel sorry for all those who will be impacted and end up with nothing.

4 months after being asked for payment…

4 months after being asked for payment details for them to send me the money I was awarded - nothing except 1 email saying they had delays in processing payments, despite sending them details and emailing several times they are no longer responding to my mails - so guess they are just keeping money for their office party. Further action will be taken

The process not not well explained to me so I spoke to my bank before legal services advised me not to give any information directly to my bank as they were representing me. I am unsure if this affected my refund or not. After many months of back and forth I “won” £25.81 of which the 36% fee was charged resulting in a grand total of £16.52!! A complete waste of my time.

The real truth about a claim

I received a letter from NatWest outlining the money that I could expect. Then at the bottom there was a paragraph relating to an old account from 2008 that was a joint account with my husband ( now deceased ) There was an overdraft on the account so they had deducted £1020. This left just enough for your fee, so I got nothing even though I had to take time to sort the cheque they sent out. Anyway I approached yourselves and asked if you would accept your percentage from the money paid to me rather than the whole amount. This came back with a resounding no. Yes you had the law on your side but you were morally wrong. So I hope you will stop and think about what you do to people in the future. I am a 73 yr old pensioner in very poor health and this debacle has not helped at all.
