Company has gone into administration
Company has gone into administration. Ive not been paid from a recent successful case. Ive now been advised that UK Legal Services failed to submit a document to the courts, and now my case likely been thrown out and money lost. Just another example of Broken Britain. Rogue operators, running dodgy companies. Which close and then reopen under other names. Whilst doing a runner with any profits. Leaving the consumer out in the cold.
Insolvency Imminent
Have just received an email from them to say they are about to appoint Administrators as the business is involvent. No mention of this on their website though! I had an awful experience and complained to the Legal Ombudsman. I was awarded compensation. I feel sorry for all those who will be impacted and end up with nothing.
4 months after being asked for payment…
4 months after being asked for payment details for them to send me the money I was awarded - nothing except 1 email saying they had delays in processing payments, despite sending them details and emailing several times they are no longer responding to my mails - so guess they are just keeping money for their office party. Further action will be taken

Awful
Awful, my bank only gave me a partial refund and despite providing the evidence of this to the team they still wanted me to pay them the value for the full refund. That left me with less than 20% of the refund and they got 80%. When I explained the situation everyone was nice and said that it was all ok but they still referred me to a debt collection company who made me pay the full amount. Out of a £600 refund I have less than £200 out of it due to legalUK’s fees.

After a successful claim I paid Legaluk on the day I received the money and received a receipt. Only to find over a month later that LEgal UK had passed on my details to a debt recovery agency when I started to receive numerous nasty emails and phone calls. 3 calls were made, with very long waiting times, and each call said that I had paid and it was a mistake, but the calls continued from the debt collection agency. Several emails to LEgal UK it was eventually sorted. Dreadful customer service!

I saw the company advertised on Facebook and I wondered if I could possibly make a claim but wasn’t sure how to go about it. I spoke to this company and they dealt with everything very efficiently and kept me informed along the way. My claim was successful I am pleased to say.
