Company has gone into administration. Ive not been paid from a recent successful case. Ive now been advised that UK Legal Services failed to submit a document to the courts, and now my case likely been thrown out and money lost. Just another example of Broken Britain. Rogue operators, running dodgy companies. Which close and then reopen under other names. Whilst doing a runner with any profits. Leaving the consumer out in the cold.
Have just received an email from them to say they are about to appoint Administrators as the business is involvent. No mention of this on their website though! I had an awful experience and complained to the Legal Ombudsman. I was awarded compensation. I feel sorry for all those who will be impacted and end up with nothing.
4 months after being asked for payment details for them to send me the money I was awarded - nothing except 1 email saying they had delays in processing payments, despite sending them details and emailing several times they are no longer responding to my mails - so guess they are just keeping money for their office party. Further action will be taken

Whilst service was quick your fees were very expensive, I was charged approx 40% of my compensation!

happily surprised, got me £1460 back and also now found out i have a nothe rclaim type like ppi , so definite great firm to be fair to them

they started off the process but the bank actually contacted me on several occasions and I answered all questions and did the work myself then they pushed for payment before I was paid out and only sent details of amount I had been awarded after I queried the invoice they were pushing me to pay !!!!
