Company has gone into administration. Ive not been paid from a recent successful case. Ive now been advised that UK Legal Services failed to submit a document to the courts, and now my case likely been thrown out and money lost. Just another example of Broken Britain. Rogue operators, running dodgy companies. Which close and then reopen under other names. Whilst doing a runner with any profits. Leaving the consumer out in the cold.

Insolvency Imminent
Have just received an email from them to say they are about to appoint Administrators as the business is involvent. No mention of this on their website though! I had an awful experience and complained to the Legal Ombudsman. I was awarded compensation. I feel sorry for all those who will be impacted and end up with nothing.

4 months after being asked for payment…
4 months after being asked for payment details for them to send me the money I was awarded - nothing except 1 email saying they had delays in processing payments, despite sending them details and emailing several times they are no longer responding to my mails - so guess they are just keeping money for their office party. Further action will be taken

keep getting calls from this company from call centre never signed up for this and can not call back on number they call from tried blocking calls but they phone from another number just changing last four digits the number always begins 0203129

I have not signed up for any of this but they constantly keep sending me a invoice saying I owe them money for there work apparently!!! I am disabled and not in the best of health but they constantly sending threatening emails to me for money ought to be ashamed of themselves as a company and constantly chasing vulnerable people when I have told them frequently I know nothing about this

Secure number doesn’t exist
This company raised my suspicions when a lady called me from an Indian call centre asking for personal info, she finally agreed to email her request. They supplied a ‘secure’ WhatsApp number but on trying to send the info, I found that the number did not exist on WhatsApp. I now have no faith in them. Further to your reply, a LUS number was never supplied but yet you emailed me to inform me that written to one of my providers. It seems strange that you can do that but not locate my details.
