Company has gone into administration. Ive not been paid from a recent successful case. Ive now been advised that UK Legal Services failed to submit a document to the courts, and now my case likely been thrown out and money lost. Just another example of Broken Britain. Rogue operators, running dodgy companies. Which close and then reopen under other names. Whilst doing a runner with any profits. Leaving the consumer out in the cold.

Insolvency Imminent
Have just received an email from them to say they are about to appoint Administrators as the business is involvent. No mention of this on their website though! I had an awful experience and complained to the Legal Ombudsman. I was awarded compensation. I feel sorry for all those who will be impacted and end up with nothing.

4 months after being asked for payment…
4 months after being asked for payment details for them to send me the money I was awarded - nothing except 1 email saying they had delays in processing payments, despite sending them details and emailing several times they are no longer responding to my mails - so guess they are just keeping money for their office party. Further action will be taken

Well thought Legal uk might be useful for getting back money for p p i paid on a credit card after months of sending info and they saying card provider could not find me having an account and they kept saying I wasn't sending back info needed even though I did send info, I concluded that they were either scammers or could not do what they promised. I replied to all of your emails but concluded after you couldn't get any money back that you made an excuse to make yourselves look better

They Don't listen. I had a phone call from them i asked them NOT to proceed as cannot afford the fees (no longer in employment), did not hear anything assumed they cancelled my case then congratulations you have won your case a letter from the original creditor, then a email from legal uk services but will take weeks to review, letter from original creditors said 7 days to get refund.
