Cannot send BTC. Constantly freezing at the loading point or losing connection, when there connection to my iPhone clearly exists. I'm going to remove my coins, if I can.

J'ai acheté un nouveau Flex ,ayant été très content de mon vieux Nano .la mise en route fut simple mais depuis impossible de signer mes transactions avec le Flex.Le premier contact avec le sav fut réel et bien ,mais pas suffisant(la nuit en France).Depuis plus de nouvelles ,impossible de les joindre et réponses de bot.En attendant je me débrouille, et bonne poire j"ai commandé un NanoX. Par respect svp ne laissez pas vos clients dans des problèmes qui peuvent devenir graves ,ils n’ont pas vos compétences. .Merci d'avance de faire le nécessaire.
When first purchased ledger app updated and price sync was very accurate ..since the last ledger update seems to be slow and buggy. Price of XRP is $5.03 N.Z on binanace yet on ledger shows its $3 N.Z that's a huge difference. Please fix your update to improve the overall rating I give

Ich nutze Ledger seit Monaten und bin bisher sehr zufrieden – Sicherheit und Bedienung top. Nun habe ich Mercuryo ausprobiert, weil es direkt in Ledger Live integriert ist. Die Idee klingt gut: Kryptos einfach in Fiat tauschen und direkt aufs Konto auszahlen. Die Realität: Die Gebühren sind extrem hoch! In meinem Fall wären das über 4.000 € Gebühren gewesen – das ist schlicht inakzeptabel. Klar, man hat sein Geld vielleicht schneller als über eine Börse, aber bei solchen Kosten lohnt es sich absolut nicht. Ledger sollte hier dringend nachbessern oder klar und transparent auf diese Kosten hinweisen. Für mich ist Mercuryo keine ernsthafte Option, wenn man sein Kapital nicht verschenken möchte. ⸻
