Ik had een zeer teleurstellende ervaring met dit online platform. Ze deden veel beloftes, maar zodra ik de service wilde gebruiken, kreeg ik te maken met verborgen kosten, slechte communicatie en totaal geen echte ondersteuning. Ik zou jullie 𝗗s𝗶n𝘅! aanraden als je bent opgelicht… zij zijn betrouwbaar in het terughalen van verloren geld en BTC.

Mi Experiencia con una Plataforma en Línea Cuando me encontré por primera vez con esta plataforma, parecía completamente confiable. El sitio web era profesional, la comunicación fluida y todo estaba diseñado para darme una sensación de seguridad. Al principio, creí que había encontrado el lugar adecuado para invertir y hacer crecer mi dinero. Comencé con una pequeña cantidad y, al ver que aparecían “ganancias” en mi cuenta, me sentí animado. Los llamados asesores incluso me contactaban regularmente, siempre presionándome para depositar más con promesas de mayores rendimientos. Convencido, envié más dinero pensando que estaba construyendo mi futuro. Pero los problemas comenzaron cuando pedí retirar mis fondos. De repente, las reglas cambiaron. Exigieron tarifas adicionales, impuestos y cargos ocultos que nunca habían mencionado. Cada vez que pagaba lo que pedían, inventaban una nueva razón para no devolverme mi dinero. Finalmente, cuando me negué a enviar más, cortaron toda comunicación. Ahí fue cuando me di cuenta: había sido estafado. Toda la plataforma era una trampa, diseñada para aprovecharse de la confianza y las esperanzas de las personas. Fue una lección dolorosa y costosa, y comparto mi historia para que otros no caigan en la misma situación. Un enorme agradecimiento a 𝘿sinx, quien vino a mi rescate y me ayudó a recuperar mi dinero.

They had a well-publicised offer for $70 worth of BTC with the purchase of a Ledger Flex. I bought one, but did not receive the voucher. I contacted them, but apparently, you only get it if I had bought the Charcoal one. and the unit just freezes for no apparent reason. I had to do a reset.

I can sleep well at night knowing i paid $600 to keep my $90,000,000 off the exchanges and in my hands!!! Not even Banks offer a product like this nor with a level of service :)

Ehrlich gesagt versteh ich die ganzen genannten Probleme nicht. Ich haben einen 5,5 Jahre alten Ledger Nano X, läuft keine Akku Probleme Display funktioniert auch einwandfrei. Desweiteren habe ich einen Ledger Stax mein dailyuse device weil einfach super Komfortabel zu nutzen. Ein Ledger Nano S Plus hab ich auch noch, nur als Notbackup wegen den Akkuwarnungen hier aber es funktioniert einfach alles. Als Technikbegeisterter habe ich natürlich auch eine BitBox02 die ist auch nicht schlecht keine Frage aber die Bewertungen hier gegenüber Ledger scheinen aus meiner Sicht echt übertrieben.

My ledger nano was wiped out, they have a back door built in, so beware, their “customer service” is useless & zero help, they said I must’ve given my pass phrase to someone. Obviously I didn’t, it was still in my safe, never left my possession. You can look this up on Reddit, many have had it happen. I believe this became an issue when they updated & started offering the service to give you your pass phrase should you lose it, this means they already know it! Even if you didn't sign up for the service. Many in the crypto space left them as soon as this update went out & became an available service, I wish I would have. Learn from my $50k mistake.

Compré una ledger Flex en enero de 2025 y en Septiembre ya no funciona . Al contactar servicio al cliente te dicen lo que es obvio, reinicia la app reinicia la ledger... Pero se nota que quién está al otro lado carece de habilidades suficientes para detectar el problema y mucho menos solucionarlo.
