The course materials are great, thorough and organised to make learning an easy process. The information isn't being gate-kept and you can simply download all of the materials for later use if need be. You get assigned a help desk person, in my case it's Jess, whose job it is to keep you on track and be on hand to answer questions and so on. When I wasn't making any progress she'd give me a nudge and she'd promptly organise the exam vouchers when requested. My main issue is with the career services team. What got me to buy into the service back in summer of 2024 is the claim that "98% of our learners find a job in the industry" and the fact that they are launching or already have launched a career services team to help you with your personal brand and the job search. So far, this service proved of no value after well over a month and I'm feeling like I should have saved my money and gone with one of their competitors at a cheaper price.

I highly recommend Learning People. The technology, support, and the StudentCare team—particularly Sara—have been exceptional. After an incredibly challenging year, they demonstrated understanding, compassion, and encouragement, while also providing additional resources that enabled me to focus, study, and successfully complete all four modules I aimed to pass (Prince2, APM and Agile PM). The resit option included in the package was both invaluable and necessary. Overall, Learning People is a top-tier organisation for supporting professional development and offering great value for money. I will surely come back for further studies!

I had a lovely experience with Learning People. The student care team were exceptional in customer service, especially Jessica and Charley, always willing to help and advise.

I enrolled in a Front-End Development course at the beginning of September, and I’m enjoying every aspect of it. The support throughout the course has been exceptional I want to give a special thanks to Jack, my career consultant. He was incredibly helpful from the initial advising phase to the enrolment process. Even after enrolling, I can still reach out to him for assistance, and he’s always there to help. I truly believe I wouldn’t be pursuing this course without his guidance. Additionally, my student care consultant, Frederick, has been very supportive as well. Overall, I feel fortunate to have such dedicated resources throughout my learning journey!

I signed up to Learning People as I was interested in a career change to project management. I had the absolute privilege to be guided and supported by Florencia who is a Career services consultant - who made my whole learning journey so seamless. There wasnt a moment where I didnt feel supported, and while I was navigating stressful exam times and job searching at the same time, she managed to calm me down and encourage me. In terms of content, it was easy to follow, and everyone else I had to communicate with to get exam vouchers etc. were easy to get a hold of as well!

Since joining Learning People, I’ve felt truly committed to exploring new subjects, especially in areas outside my comfort zone—like IT courses. I have completed my APM PFQ, Agile Foundation and Change Management Foundation with them and they have been very helpful and supportive all the way. Always check up on you to make sure things are okay and if any help is needed. Also, you are given your own careers advisor.

Sophi really listened to all my concerns about the upcoming CompTIA A+ exams. She was able to give me good advice and links to some further learning materials. Great support from the student care team.
