Since joining Learning People, I’ve felt truly committed to exploring new subjects, especially in areas outside my comfort zone—like IT courses. I’m very satisfied with the full support and guidance provided by the Student Care team, which helps make everything feel less complicated. Every time I reach out to them, I receive a warm and prompt response. In addition, the Student Care team can arrange check-in calls, which are helpful if you want to discuss your progress. After failing my first exam attempt, Kylah, a member of the Student Care team, provided me with a revision plan that gave me a clearer understanding of what I needed to focus on. Kylah is always polite on the phone, and her emails are encouraging and help me stay on track. After speaking with her, I feel more relaxed, less stressed, and much more confident in my overall progress. Thank you for all your support!
