After reading the reviews for this Company, I was somewhat apprehensive about placing an order with them. However, I need not have worried. Dispatch took a little longer than I anticipated. However, I have put this down to the busy pre-Christmas period. Delivery also took a day longer than expected, which I presume was for the same reason. Although the delivery company (DPD) did contact me to say the delivery would be delayed. Apart from the above, everything was fine. I will consider using them again, should I wish to purchase something they sell.

Searching for a competitive price for a small laptop, the company's website assured me that the spec and price were ideal for my purposes. Although the reviews were extremely positive with respect to the company, criticism about delivery of items and after sales support raised some doubts. My experience completely erased those doubts and prompted me to write a review. After ordering the laptop, a few hours later I was informed that my order was leaving the warehouse being shipped by DPD and confirming it would be delivered within 2/3 working days. I was kept up to date by DPD, including an apology for a delay, before the laptop arrived on my doorstep (in Scotland) incredibly just 52 hours after placing my order. I did have cause to contact the company regarding the one year warranty which according to Lenovo had expired. Having made contact with Connie she intervened on my behalf with Lenovo and within a few hours they had sent confirmation that the warranty had been approved. Overall an excellent experience, on the basis of which I would highly recommend Laptop Outlet.

Was my first time using the website and received my refurbished laptop in good time and for a good price. When there was an issue, ringing the customer support line was very helpful in sorting me out with a return label. Unfortunately the laptop I received seemed to either be broken in the charger port or the charger itself. It also came with a euro plug so it's worth having an adapter if buying from here. Hopefully I receive my replacement soon and all goes well.
