I cannot speak highly enough about your driver Vinnie - we live on a very narrow street, he spoke to the neighbours to ask them to move their cars where necessary and went the extra mile to deliver, and make sure that I was happy with everything - a credit to your company.

Had a fantastic experience. I had a difficult delivery and they worked hard to work around me so that my decking could be offloaded easily. Vinny the delivery driver was excellent easy to get along with on a very early delivery. Would highly recommend

Whilst the price for 2 x 850kg bulk bags of type 1 hardcore were slightly cheaper, there was nothing on their website to state that it is kerbside delivery only. I would have rather gone elsewhere and paid a bit more for a company that will deliver down my drive to make the use of the hardcore so much easier. The delivery guy made it very clear that this is how it was and he would lose his job if he drove down my drive. When he used the precarious grabbers to dump the 2 bags by the pavement, just on my drive, he knocked into the fence with the grabbers. I would imagine that’s why they don’t allow them to do any more than kerbside as it’s too risky. I get that people put in claims for damage etc. these days but we’re not all like that and you could also offer a disclaimer note for customers to sign but the delivery driver would need to be careful. Most other deliveries I’ve had for 1 tonne bags have used a pallet truck to just place it anywhere on my driveway and that works a treat as they’re not using any precarious mechanical truck tools that may cause damage apart from the lift loading at the back of the lorry to put the bag onto the pallet trolley. Anyway, please just state on your site that it’s kerbside delivery only as that way people can at least decide if that’s ok or not. This day and age it’s all about the service not just the product quality and price. I’ve got to wheel barrow loads of stone all the way down my drive now!

great prices nice products will use KRM again only disapointment was the reach on the lifter had a delivery from another company who had much better reach but your driver did the best he could and was very helpful.
