Ordering was easy, price was really competitive, the delivery options were really useful and didn’t double the price like a lot of places I’d looked, items were exactly as hoped for, delivery chap was lovely and polite, arrived early so we weren’t waiting all day. The only little thing that would be helpful was in the ordering page it said ‘preferred’ delivery date - it would have been helpful to have a text or email to confirm that that had been accepted and to expect them that day. We weren’t 100% sure we were getting them on our preferred day. But maybe that’s just the control freak in me :) Thanks KRM - good job! 👍🏼

Absolutely fantastic service from the friendly and helpful staff in the store to top man Vinny who delivered our order. Vinny went above and beyond the call of duty as a car was blocking his entrance to our house and we had no idea who the owner was. Instead of Vinny turning and heading for the hills he kindly said he'd have his break whilst we tried to track down the owner of the car. He didn't need to do that but it was greatly appreciated! Thanks to all will certainly use again!
