Jeg kontakter firmaet og vil have mine penge tilbage, men de hverken kan eller vil oplyse mig hvad der er bestilt og hvordan. De gemmer sig under GDPR lovgivningen. Alt står i mit navn, iflg bestillingen, så mine oplysninger er blevet brugt. Men jeg kan ikke få informationer ud af dem. Scammer!

Klook solves all my travelling issues and needs! Tours, sim cards, tickets to attractions and experiences... or even to get ideas of what to do in cities I visit for the first time... all in one app! It's foreigner-friendly and with cancellation policies and empathic customer service officers... which is handy when we travel and there are things out of our control!

You can see availability in advance and plan your activities effectively, daily and for the duration of your visit. All paid for up front, so you don't have to worry on the day
