Super easy eSim card allowed me full data in Japan for 11 days. All for only $30. Was very easy to install. I was impressed.
I accidentally booked the wrong airport for lounge service next November....5 months away! Klook would not allow me to change to Suvarnabhumi airport, I was more than willing to pay the extra fee and any administration fees. This is very bad customer service, they have taken 80 euro and will not be able to use the voucher. Book on get your guide instead

I really appreciated how fast the refund was processed. But I also noticed that in Agoda, the 4-seater car allows up to four pieces of luggage, while in Klook it's limited to two that's why I only gave 4 stars

Very understanding customer service. I booked bus tickets from incheon to seoul without knowing that there is a deadline for using of the bus tickets, which expired by the time we reached incheon. Customer service helped us to apply for return of a small klook cash amount for not being able to use the bus tickets.
