I recently bought one of their 100% cashmere stoles. The color was absolutely nothing to do with what showed on their webpage. I contacted them and they explained the pictures were taken with another light. The color difference is huge so I refunded it and requested for the shipping costs to be refunded too given that the product advertised was so different from what I got. They refused to refund the return shipping cost. Avoid not only because they are petty and do not want to pay back a shipping cost of less than 10 GBP but also because their products are not like the advertised.

The adverts you put on the games I play have such a small cross it takes me 3 or 4 attempts to close them. Irritating as hell!

We ordered 2 woollen blankets a week apart. The first was ordered with a small gift bag, which doesn’t fit, so it’d have been helpful if this was made clearer on the webpage. We then asked if we could order a second large bag with our second order. Then Kiltane customer service came in and added a large gift bag free of charge. It’s the small things that make the biggest differences. The some of the blankets are made from recycled wool. Maybe you should shout out louder about this? Sustainability is where it’s at❤️. Beautiful blankets by the way. Ideal for our wedding presents to family in Northern Spain.

Have a nice shopping experience at Kiltane. Sales is very professional and heartwarming. The cashmere feels so goooood, Will visit again!

It’s itchy. Didn’t like the way it feels. Don’t recommend.
