Great quality product and lovely gift idea! I bought a cashmere scarf for my mum a few weeks ago and she loves it. Staff in store are really helpful and friendly too.

Terrible belligerent customer service. They sent the wrong size which they acknowledge but were not interested in providing a service which compensates for their mistake. This was a present which I have to get the person to send back so that I can get my money back. Don't buy from them on line, it's not worth the risk.

I was really happy with the neck tie I ordered online. It arrived beautifully packaged too.

Very easy to order online, my Harris Tweed Blazer was delivered within 2 working days. Upon arrival the size wasn’t quite right for me so I reordered a smaller size and returned the original. Very easy to do and stress free. I’m delighted with my blazer, excellent quality, style and colour. I definitely recommend Kiltane.

Brought Harris tweed cap absolutely love it the size is true and fits perfect. This is second hat from Kiltane now have a flat cap and baker boy.

I applied on Indeed for a sales consultant role with this brand. I was told by management that they were recruiting for 2 new stores and needed a new team. Then I get contacted saying that's not the case and the stores won't open. Why would this company advertise and interview for stores that don't exist and waste someone's time. Very unprofessional conduct.

At my interview I was shown the scale of kiltane and it was impressive, I was told after the summer that an expansion of the store was to happen and I was going to be apart of it and involved. I accepted the job thinking I was to be listened and heard to about my opinions, thinking my experience and time in the relative field was something that Kiltane would respect. Boy was I wrong, I was cut out of all decisions, I was managed on instead being worked with. The only point I felt appreciated was during the summer and the fringe festival and that was only because we were making lots of money for them. You will love the people in your store but I ended up avoiding any interaction with kiltane itself because of how they made me feel on a daily basis, small and inconsiderate. If you need a job this is great for you if you love being on the lowest minimum wage. Kiltane net worth was £10,722,894.00 in 2021 and most likely substantially higher now. I've worked in smaller companies that pay there basic employees better salaries than they do here. Head office and HR hold the power and you are just a worthless cog in their machine, underappreciated and expendable, I have literally been outcasted since giving my notice I hope this review will help anyone deciding if they want to work here, Everybody can find something better than this

Genuine Harris tweed fabric in modern designs and well made. Careful customer assistance during the shipping process. The only downside I have experienced is the high amount of import taxes, that is charged by the buyer's country, according to the local customs and duty regulations. Fortunately, this further expense was offset by the fact that the item purchased was on sale.

Ordered item 7 days ago that was then heavily discounted (25%) for Black Friday promo a few days later. Have been told to return item and re-order identical in-stock item for discount. Not possible to process over the phone. Madness. Product good, customer systems not good

Oh dear. I went to some lengths to establish with the sales-person that I could return the gloves I had bought for my mother if they did not fit. At no point was I shown the teeny weeny disclaimer by the till that said they don't offer refunds. (Also, I don't think English was this person's first language, so possibly things got lost in translation.) The gloves didn't fit, and the guy I spoke to today said it was in effect tough luck that his salesperson had offered me a refund as this wasn't company policy. This particular store is in Cambridge on King's Parade and I have learned my lesson - avoid at all costs. It's also interesting that Kiltane appears to be a rubbish employer as well. If you treat your staff like s**t, as well as your customers, your business won't last long.

Terrible product, terrible customer service. I purchased a cashmere sweater, it was hard and itchy plus very very thin. I honestly question it was cashmere at all. Returned it immediately but you need approval from CS to do that. Good luck with that, no phone number no return of email for days. Please save your money,

I previously purchased a Janice blazer in person in a reselling store and love it! I recently ordered it in another color online and was surprised that even though they are the same size and model, the fit is completely different. On my original blazer the sleeves hit my wrist, but on the new one they are down at my fingers. When I have contacted their customer service I get no reply. Non existent customer service.

Great product

Although the beret is nice it isn’t of the same quality as last year. Last years black beret is the nicest I’ve found, beautifully thick and fluffy . Unfortunately this navy one is just not the same which is very disappointing. It is still a good beret and I’ll be keeping it but not quite the same. It was delivered promptly and well packaged

I bought a crew neck sweater and when I took it off, I heard a crack and now it has a hole under the armpit. Even my low quality sweaters don't crack that easily.

Except for two kinds of scarves all of them are made in China.

Bought a scarf in store they charged me double in Canadian dollars. Be careful. I will have to dispute the charges with my bank. Instead of helping me they referred me to their partner who does the currency conversion. STAY AWAY
