Very easy to purchase and delivery

I bought two of these to store multiple wallets as backup. One is dead and the other loses battery life quickly. The company refused to let me return them where one of them had just been received the day prior. I would not trust these to store anything of any value…garbage!

– Incredible Value & Smart Design What really surprised me about my Keystone purchase is the fact that you effectively get three separate wallets in one device. Being able to create and manage three distinct seed phrases on a single hardware wallet is an unbelievable value and adds so much flexibility to my setup. I’m using one seed for my main holdings, another for long-term storage, and a third for testing and smaller transactions. Instead of buying multiple devices, Keystone basically gives you a full multi-wallet ecosystem right out of the box. This alone makes it one of the smartest hardware wallet purchases I’ve ever made. Between the build quality, security features, and the freedom to manage multiple independent wallets, Keystone has really nailed it. I can tell a lot of thought went into designing something that adapts to different user needs. Thank you for creating a product that genuinely makes my crypto management easier, safer, and more organized. I’m extremely impressed.

Came quick and secured. Package was discreet. Set up was easy as it came with pretty clear instructions.

Likes: Very solid hardware wallet with strong security features. I really like the dice-based seed generation and QR code signing — those are excellent and well thought out. The device feels premium and setup is mostly straightforward. Dislikes / Improvements: The setup process could be smoother, and TAO (Bittensor) is still not supported. Typing on the device UI can feel clunky. Offline firmware updates are also limiting — you can’t jump versions (A→C) without installing intermediate updates (A→B→C), which becomes a problem unless you connect to a browser. Improving the update flow and keyboard usability would make this significantly better overall.

I really like the design of the case: robust, clean, secure... you can really feel that it contains all the elements that the best hardware wallets offer. It's simple, everything is designed to inspire confidence. A huge plus for me is the open source approach. Being able to check, audit and understand what's going on behind the interface is reassuring and shows real transparency. Keystone ticks all the boxes I expect from a modern hardware wallet. I recommend it without hesitation.

The device is great

Bought the Keystone 3 Pro recently and unfortunately ran into an issue right out of the box. After just a short time of use, the touchscreen completely stopped responding, and no amount of resetting or troubleshooting could bring it back to normal. I reached out to customer support, provided the requested information, and they responded very quickly. They promptly arranged a replacement unit to be shipped out, which was handled in a clear and efficient way. I’m now waiting for the replacement to arrive and really hope everything works fine this time. Even though it was quite surprising and a bit disappointing to encounter this problem with a brand-new device, the fast and decisive after-sales service was reassuring. Because of how quickly and professionally they dealt with the situation, I still feel comfortable recommending the Keystone 3 Pro, especially in terms of their customer support.

Just switched to the Keystone Pro and wow – finally a hardware wallet that doesn’t feel like a toy. 100% air-gapped with QR codes, no USB, no Bluetooth, nothing plugged in ever. The big touchscreen is awesome, fingerprint unlock is fast, and setting up multisig or Shamir backup was actually easy for once. Feels super solid, battery lasts forever, and I love that the firmware is fully open-source. After all the Ledger drama I’m happy to pay for real peace of mind. Best wallet I’ve ever used, hands down. Already sleep better at night. 😂

My only observation is that the shipping took a little while to be posted, but once it was dispatched, the delivery was surprisingly fast. Estos señores de keystone mandaron la wallet a traves de un transporte chino y este nunca lo vino a entregar y desde el principio lo estuve reclamando y cuando por fin lo localizo me dicen que lo han devuelvo a origen. Cuando pido que me devuelvan el dinero o me envien uno nuevo la contestacion es que me tengo que esperar a que ellos lo reciban para poder otra vez enviarmelo, pero nada de devolver el dinero o enviar otro para no demorar mas la entrega. Son una empresa que no toma en cuenta la situaciones de los clientes, solo miran por ellos y les da igual tu queja. NO LOS RECOMIENDO PARA NADA
