Impressed by the Speed of Keystone 3 Pro After-Sales Support
Bought the Keystone 3 Pro recently and unfortunately ran into an issue right out of the box. After just a short time of use, the touchscreen completely stopped responding, and no amount of resetting or troubleshooting could bring it back to normal. I reached out to customer support, provided the requested information, and they responded very quickly. They promptly arranged a replacement unit to be shipped out, which was handled in a clear and efficient way. I’m now waiting for the replacement to arrive and really hope everything works fine this time.
