I've had an excellent experience with this retailer each time I've shopped with them. I like the layout of their site, they have an amazing selection of gothic and alternative brands. They make you feel like a valued customer with their rewards program. The dispatch and shipping is very fast, and everything is packed with care. They also seem to appreciate that brand sizing can vary, and go to the effort of describing the item's material, fit etc., their returns process is fair and easy too. When I can afford it, I'll always buy my gothic clothes from here, I highly recommend them!

Fantastic service. I ordered a Killstar cardigan on Thursday night knowing it won't come until after Christmas. I received the dispatch email Friday and was amazed to have a knock at the door 20 mins ago with my order. The cardigan is unreal, absolutely love it. Will definitely order from here again

Honestly the best and most helpful alternative store - staff are super helpful, good with postage and always friendly. Been using Kate`s clothing for a few years now and can honestly say there customer service is as good as it gets. The only thing I would say to be aware of is some of their sizing comes up on the small side so worth bearing this in mind when ordering, that said the whole exchange / refund process is fast & painless which is exactly how it should be. Bottom line is I cannot rate this company highly enough as things will always occasionally go wrong when you shop on line but what matters is how well the seller handles the problem & in my humble opinion Kate`s is up there with the best of them.

I love this shop, everything is always posted super fast so receive the next day or the day after. Everything is always perfect when it arrives, I've bought from here so many times and never fails to disappoint. If you're into alternative clothing and items you won't find a better shop than here.

Amazing, I would give it 10 starts if I could! I never write reviews but I had to with this company. I’d never ordered from here before so was admittedly a bit anxious I wouldn’t get my clothes quickly enough but I really needed next day delivery - this company is so reliable, the clothes came exactly on time even though I live in a very northern part of Scotland AND halloween is a really busy time of year for postage! The clothes are beautiful and packaged really well - cannot recommend enough - you’ve got a customer for life here!

Have ordered from them many times, never any problems with items or delivery. Everything is packed securely so even fragile items have made it to me unharmed, and delivery has normally been within a couple of days of the order. The only problem I have is that their fantastic offers tempt me into buying more often than I should!
