Great course materials - set you up to gain the knowledge and pass the unit test. I like the smaller quizzes throughout the courses. The Long Term Care course could have been a bit more cohesive, there were a lot of options and it was a LOTTTTT of material to grasp.

A more engaging ciriculum.

I took the P&C course. The 3rd presenter was hard to understand and follow. It was as if he didn't know what he was presenting on and just reading. There was outdated data being presented. The "other insurance-contribution by equal shares" was not easy to follow. Mechanical and equipment breakdown is mentioned but are they the same thing? Debris removal, is the deductible negative? When formulas are mentioned, it is unclear if the deductible is negative or positive in the formula.
