I had reservations about my experience when purchasing our annual travel insurance. This was looked and following contact by Justin my complaint was examined and settled to my complete satisfaction. The ultimate test of customer care is how complaints are dealt with and I’m happy to give Justcover a 5 star rating on this occasion.

It was an easy way of buying insurance online of course we hope that if there is any difficulties it will be just as easy to deal with this company but better still we hope to not be needing to avail of the insurance at all

At first I was a wee bit annoyed as I had to phone to make the booking but on reflection, rather than just grabbing my money the lovely Gemma Costello explained the policy to me explaining just what was covered. Also delighted to find policy was with Zurich, a very reputable company.

All done online hassle free all correspondence sent by email immediately after policy was setup
