Lovely company to deal with. I have got a few policies from them. Had a lovely call with a lovely gentleman called Mark who gave customer service at the highest level and helped me update my policy in no time. New documents are already in my inbox.

I spoke with Nathan in Just Cover who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable regarding cover for pre-existing conditions, he even managed to get me a small discount on the final price. Everything was handled very professionally and I was offered several competitive price plans. The whole experience of booking the cover was a very good one.

The process of renewing by telephone was very thorough and the representative was very pleasant to deal with. I was just shocked at the doubling of the price of the insurance based on last year and I might have opted for the csolver cover if I had know how expensive it was going to be.
