One week after placing a large next day delivery order I am still waiting. This company is not contactable by phone and do not respond to emails. Worst experience I have ever had from an online order.
Put order in 2 weeks ago not received anything not answering emails avoid it’s just a pure scam
If I could give 0 stars I would! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS NO NEXT DAY DELIVERY, NO RESPONSE TO EMAILS, NO TELEPHONE RESPONSE, IF I COULD REPORT TO THE POLICE FOR THEFT I WOULD!

I have ordered from here twice and each time my order doesn't get delivered... And it is the same reason each time. Since I have used them I have have fraud on my card and had many debits come out. Luckily monzo had disputed these and paid me back but it seems it all happened when I started buying from here.. Be warned..
I made a purchase of some vape flavours from this company and the delivery was meant to be next working day. Fast forward almost a week after I made the purchase I decided to email to ask for an update. They got back to me and told me the package had gotten lost and were happy to resend my order however the particular vape flavour I ordered was out of stock so asked what other flavour I would like. I told them I would instead like a refund as I don’t like any of the other flavours. I haven’t had a response since and after looking at reviews I am fearful I won’t receive a refund and have been scammed. Update: found out this company are a scam; had to go through my bank to get my money back
As many companies mention don't bother trying to call as all you will get is mailbox full.really! In this day and age. So placed an order said item was in stock received order and they wrote on delivery item discontinued so we swapped and added some free product without an email giving me the choice of a refund. Email sent today stating this is not their choice to send a substitute the product substitution is no use to me as I don't use this particular juice. Think twice before ordering not holding my breath on a refund very misleading or just a way to get money from you. Juicy vapes feel free to respond informing me my refund has been processed happy to return the no use juice back to you recorded delivery at your cost
I am absolutely outraged with this company I made a purchase at the beginning of December and I am still waiting for contact about purchase and items I am disgusted with this and find that they have stolen my money and I can not contact them due to mailbox being full angry is an understatement
I always use Juicy Vapes and have done for years. All of these bad reviews are ridiculous, surely if something is out of stock at some point and there is a mistake it isn't the end of the world? makes me sick people all jumping on the bandwagon and copying another person writing a negative review.... little keyboard warriors. By FAR the best vape company in the UK. Before I moved to Newcastle I would pop in to see these guys... absolutely lovely, hardworking team who would do anything to help as well as being a very, very big very professional outfit! get a grip with your little reviews people. So sad these little people trying to ruin someone's business id there order was a day late or something was mistakenly not in stock. These have been great to be for 9 years and will NEVER EVER go elsewhere.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Juicy Vapes for over seven years, regularly shopping at my local store—until it sadly closed down. Since then, I’ve been forced to use their online store, and the experience has been nothing short of frustrating. This is the third time I’ve ordered from the website, and every single time, my next-day delivery hasn’t been fulfilled—even though I placed my orders before the cut-off time stated in their terms. The most recent issue was the worst. I placed two separate orders at the same time, intending to use a voucher on one and a discount on the other, while also building my reward points (although that didn’t work as planned, and I’ve yet to receive a reply to my email about it—after four days!). Only one of the orders arrived, with no trace of the second, even though both were placed at the same time and had the same delivery address. I really like Juicy Vapes' products, but their customer service and choice of courier are letting them down badly. After seven years of loyalty, I’m seriously considering taking my business elsewhere.
The 2 stars are just for the fast free delivery. Unfortunately they sent me the wrong order, and now don’t answer their phones or emails. Absolutely shocking customer service
