When ordering everything is excellent and as expected, the only issue I have is that they are out my favorite item and have been out for quite a while. If they have what you want, you will be very satisfied.

Their website says you should get your order in under 1 hour. My last order was over two later almost 3 hours later I order at 12:39 pm and it arrived at 3:50 pm. They might want to change that given that it’s a false advertisement. I get that they can get busy but when you check out it tells you what time it will get delivered mine was 2 pm.

Your deliver person. I have scheduled a deliver for 230 pm and they try to deliver earlier when I'm not home and take it back to the headquarters

I was charged twice for an order and I specifically asked if my money would be returned for the oversight and was advised yes. It’s been over the time to release the funds and they are still processing it. Also, the delivery minimum is quite high. I’ll stick to Saucey going forward. Not happy with the service of returning my money Further Edit: As of 1:18pm I received an unsolicited phone call from the owner requesting to discuss the issue further. I immediately advised him that I was in the middle of a work call and could speak briefly. He proceeded to start speaking over me as though I was not even on the phone. He advised me that the transaction still hadn’t cleared on their end, but I told him that my banking information showed otherwise. At this point he began to state that my information was not accurate. I told him that I would be happy to provide documentation showing my side of the transactions, but he proceeded to speak even louder over me. At this point I told him I needed to end the call and resume working at which he replied that he will be making his own response and stating I falsely accused them. I wouldn’t have even followed up with an update but I’m absolutely flabbergasted at the appalling behavior and lack of customer service displayed by someone who owns this business. Please do better and do not contact me. You don’t have my permission.

I found Juicefly online by accident & was surprised to find that they delivered to my area. I placed my order and within 90 minutes my order was delivered . I was so happy. Definitely will order from them again!

It was quick and convenient to order which was great. The only downfall I would say is the delivery fee is way too high $15.99, otherwise service was great.

Customer service was great! The online platform was a little awkward especially for store pickup. It kept prompting for shipping h address when I asked for in store pickup. The default shipping address was the store’s address but I didn’t figure that out until later when I thought I had accidentally checked shipping. Then when I realized I did check in store pickup, defaulted address was longer in filled. I also never got a pickup confirmation either but a text asking if I still wanted my order or it’d be canceled. It wasn’t scheduled for immediate pickup upon ordering. The platform was quite messy & confusing. The type of liquor I wanted, your store did not have a huge variety but good quality choices. Ease of pickup was great & customer follow up was wonderful too.

I ordered 2 different flavors vapes and was brought 2 of the same item. I texted and had a phone conversation with a team member to explain the fact that I received 2 of the same item and it was my first time trying this flavor. I did not particularly care for the taste. I immediately called to alert the team member about the mistake and was informed about a no exchange policy. Though I understand the policy as a walk-in customer, I do not think it should apply to delivery as I am not present to verify that the items I am received were correct. I should not have to keep an item that I was erroneously given.

Ordered exactly what I needed and received the order extremely fast. Very happy!
