Not my error!
I ordered 2 different flavors vapes and was brought 2 of the same item. I texted and had a phone conversation with a team member to explain the fact that I received 2 of the same item and it was my first time trying this flavor. I did not particularly care for the taste. I immediately called to alert the team member about the mistake and was informed about a no exchange policy. Though I understand the policy as a walk-in customer, I do not think it should apply to delivery as I am not present to verify that the items I am received were correct. I should not have to keep an item that I was erroneously given.
