We had a problematic sale with a dishonest buyer that fell through just before exchange and had to sell again and had to find a different house to purchase as well . Nicole our conveyancing solicitor was ver helpful all the way through and kept us informed and I would happily recommend her and would have no problem using j s law again

J262023.00001 / J262023.00002 JS Law was recommended to us by the estate agent Moore & York are conveyancer is Charlotte Strong we have spoken on the phone once and that was after a lot of complaints to are estate agent. we received are starter pack on the 19th March in the post as we did not want to do the portal as we have had a bad experience with them before but i have too say this is the worst dealings i have ever had and this will be the 4 house we have purchased, we have been asked for the same information on more than one occasion. Are sale consists of 3 property’s the final one is empty none of the purchase need a mortgage the whole process started on the 7th March we are now on the 3rd of June and we feel we are no nearer moving in as Charlotte Strong does not answer E.mail, or Phone calls it took are sales progressor over a week to get information for us and she had to escalate that to a manager. everything the website say this company is has not been true to us

Shaheen Chand was an excellent solicitor. She was warm, friendly, efficient and kept us up to date throughout the process. She always gave us honest answers with timelines, which really managed the expectations of everyone in the chain, and she was thorough, quick to reply and a pleasure to work with. Additionally, her 4 day working pattern was never an issue - she always did a sound handover with the team and updated the portal regularly so we knew what we were waiting on and from who. I have had brilliant experience using JS Law whilst selling my property. Ruby has been very friendly and happy to help with any issue i had, and there was a few queries that we had to sort, thank you for all your help with sale.

This review is for Bilal Ahmed at JS Law. Based on our experience, he appears to be unprofessional and possibly not even a licensed solicitor. The buying process began in February, but from the time we uploaded our documents on their eWay platform to when he finally began working on our case, it took three weeks. He is nearly impossible to reach: emails go unanswered, and phone calls are redirected to voicemail. Now it’s May, and for the past three weeks, we have been waiting for him to sign the Completion Statement, which is holding up our entire purchase. He has been uncommunicative, inefficient, and has caused significant delays. We also submitted the Declaration of Trust in March, yet they requested it again in May, claiming they no longer have it, without explanation. We will never use JS Law again and strongly advise others to avoid it. Hopefully, Mr. Ahmed will wake up from his apparent hibernation and take his responsibilities seriously.
