Do not buy any jewellery from this company. They are US based and jewllery comes from Hong kong. I ordered a ring from.their UK website and my finger size is Z. However when I wanted to return the item under the 30 day return policy they refused saying the Z finger size is customised. How can your finger size be customised. Customised is when you engrave it add things to the rung. This is just a way to stop them giving refund to customer. I will contact my bank to get a charge back and get my money back. Bunch of thieves. Do not buy anything from these cowboys. The items are cheap chinease products being sold at a high price. They only want to offer me a exchange or a resize. I want a full refund and they are refusing so I will get my bank to force a refund from them.

Na een maand nog steeds niets ontvangen en of een update. Enige wat ik hoor is dat de order een prio heeft gekregen sinds paar weken. Zou binnen 9 werkdagen verstuurd worden maar helaas. Na meerdere emails krijg ik geen respons. Aanvullend: direct een mail van jeulia ontvangen na het plaatsen van deze review en een 3e mail vanmorgen. Ringen zijn onderhevig aan de kwaleitscontrole. Ik zal het aantal sterren aanpassen als ze zijn ontvangen en we tevreden zijn. Toch zou de communicatie veel beter mogen, de verwachting is bepalend. Dus zeg niet 9 werkdagen, maar liever 1 maand, dan had ik geduld. Inmiddels verstuurd...
