Been working with them for three years now for our hospitality business. Consistent quality and they understand our industry needs well.
Their business development team really knows their stuff. Helped us design a custom whiskey tasting experience for our clients that was a huge hit. Communication was clear and they handled all the logistics seamlessly. Will definitely use again.
While the whiskey quality and business service are excellent, the pricing is definitely on the higher end. Good for special occasions but not sustainable for regular corporate events on a tight budget.
Ordered custom labeled bottles for client gifts. Quality was good and presentation was professional, though the turnaround time was a bit longer than anticipated.
Top-tier product quality and white-glove service, but you definitely pay for it. Worth it for high-end client events where you need to impress. The sommelier consultation was particularly valuable.
Used them for a corporate whiskey tasting. Good selection and the event went smoothly, though nothing particularly stood out as exceptional.
Used Jameson for our company's annual celebration and they delivered beyond expectations. The whiskey selection was premium and the service team was professional throughout. Only minor issue was the initial quote took longer than expected to receive.
Service was slow and communication was poor. Had to follow up multiple times to get basic information about our order. The product itself was fine but the business service needs improvement.
The whiskey is excellent as always, but had some issues with order accuracy on our last bulk purchase. Customer service resolved it eventually but took more effort than it should have. Still a decent option overall.
Consistently good service for our restaurant's whiskey program. The product quality is always top-notch and delivery is punctual.
Great experience working with their commercial team. They understood our budget constraints and helped us find the right products for our establishment. Delivery was prompt and packaging was secure.
