They sent me products and I did not see notification because it went to junk mail I notified them that I no longer wanted their pills and would refuse the shipment they told me that since it had been shipped already that their policy was that they could not accept return

Bad customer service
Jack is the worst site I have ever had to navigate and have had numerous problems with each and every order I purchased!!!! The only thing that jack did correctly was in the end delivering a quality product but it was by no means without frustration and almost zero customer service!!! Taking 48hrs to respond to a problem is simply unacceptable!!!!!
