They sent me products and I did not see notification because it went to junk mail I notified them that I no longer wanted their pills and would refuse the shipment they told me that since it had been shipped already that their policy was that they could not accept return

Better than expected
Well, I was suspicious about Jack Health... After so much challenges to meet a doctor for a second time to simply obtain a prescription for what I finally need, I decided to give a try... So easy, professional and all steps are plenty of confidence here. I have to say that my experience was way better than what I expected. I would recommend to everyone now. No joke here.

1-Star Review: Terrible Delivery & Subscription Practices
I’ve had an absolutely frustrating experience with Jack Health. Despite following their procedures to request my medication refill for my TRT well before running out, they failed to deliver it on time—leaving me without necessary medication. Even worse, they still charged me for a subscription I didn’t even get to use properly. Their customer service was unhelpful, offering no real solutions or accountability for the delay. If a company can’t handle basic logistics like timely deliveries or proper billing, they shouldn’t be in the healthcare business.
