Wasn’t sure what to expect, but Jack Health seriously came through. The signup was smooth, everything was private (big win), and the product? Actually works. I started noticing results faster than I thought and I felt more confident overall. Definitely sticking with them.

They sent me products and I did not see notification because it went to junk mail I notified them that I no longer wanted their pills and would refuse the shipment they told me that since it had been shipped already that their policy was that they could not accept return

I don't like having to absolutely sign for Fedex delivery when everything can easily be left in my mailbox.

I have been a customer of Jack Health for close to two years. It’s been the most frustrating experience I have ever had when dealing with a health care professional. This company has horrible communication. Takes days for them to respond. My last experience has been the worst - typically my insurance covers 95% of my prescription fee. This time I was told I owe $144 after my insurance picks up the balance. When I inquired about it - I was told there is a backend issue and I can’t be given an itemized breakdown of what the $144 is. Extremely frustrating. Everything about this company has been awful - I am switching to another online provider that has much better ratings and overall better customer experience.

After 1 week I am still waiting for my order stuck with FedEx. Nobody has contacted me. I have left several emails and no answer back.
