Horrible Customer Service …
I have been a customer of Jack Health for close to two years. It’s been the most frustrating experience I have ever had when dealing with a health care professional. This company has horrible communication. Takes days for them to respond. My last experience has been the worst - typically my insurance covers 95% of my prescription fee. This time I was told I owe $144 after my insurance picks up the balance. When I inquired about it - I was told there is a backend issue and I can’t be given an itemized breakdown of what the $144 is. Extremely frustrating. Everything about this company has been awful - I am switching to another online provider that has much better ratings and overall better customer experience.
