I’m 11, and Canadian. When I was 9 (In grade 4) me and my mom wanted to find a learning app for homeschooling, we found ixl and decided to buy the membership. Yes it’s hard, but you need to learn from your mistakes and try again. You can’t expect to find an app that makes you a genius and way better at math, English etc, Because that doesn’t exist. You can’t just find something easier and then think that program is better because your actually doing it. You need discipline, when I went into grade 5 I got all A’s and all my classes were easy, BECAUSE I USED IXL. Stop whining and crying because you got a question wrong; LEARN FROM IT AND TRY AGAIN. I was also crying when I was on 90 and then it bumped me down to 80, because I got the question wrong. But it’s not like I gave up, I kept going because I’m not a crybaby. Listen I’m 11 and I see 13 year olds cry about this online, and also khan academy is way worse than this, It’s too easy. So stop sponsoring khan academy in almost every bad review. And don’t be discouraged, if you get super angry scream in your pillow and try again. I would recommend using paper for some questions too. Parents, if you read this give your child a break, that’s mostly how to calm down him/her. And don’t baby them, that’s why they are always complaining. I learned most of my grammar and English from ixl too lol.
There is no shortcuts in life you either take the long road or don’t do anything at all.
