All the accommodation was good except the one in Cork where the hotel was excellent and historic but the multlstorey car park was difficult to find in the one way system as was the return from the car park to the hotel The scenery was magnificent and the weather very good ( unlike normal Irish weather) The hotel in Dublin was difficult to find from the airport shuttle drop-off and when it rained on the final day the directions we were given to find the return shuttle bus were very inaccurate However the whole holiday was exceptional with great help from Linda at the Irish Tourist Board The only problem with the payment was the difficulty of paying in Sterling and three attempts had to be made to complete the reservation

Trip of a lifetime. We have a great trip, largely thanks to Irish Tourism. All of the hotel accommodations were first class and seeing the country by rail was a real treat. The mix of pre-planned tours and time to explore on our own worked perfect for our group. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to see more than Dublin but doesn't want to drive or isn't sure how to plan their trip. Special thanks to Nuala for her patience and always prompt responses!

The service we received second to none. Information and alternative suggestions were speedily sent and we were pleased with the options we were given. Our original point of contact was Tina and the Nuala succeeded her. They were both excellent and Nuala continued to be in contact throughout the holiday. We took our own car, had two weeks of sun (a bonus!) and excellent accommodation all round.

I booked this trip with the intent to finally start checking off locations of my bucket list. My group was a bit hesitant renting a car and driving in another country. It took a little getting used to, but after a while, a non issue. We actually highly recommend. Getting the rental car allows you to avoid the usual crowd of a touring bus and that crowd. Also, as you are driving this beautiful countryside, you can just peel off and go exploring, which we also did A LOT! All of the locations picked by Ms. Larkin were perfect with the culmination of staying in the Ballynahinch Castle. Every port city was what you would think an old sea fairing town would be. Kinsale felt like a blast from the past and the people were very welcoming. Killarney was probably the most satisfyingly stereotypical city with all the small streets filled with pubs, music and people everywhere. A true chef's kiss to what people believe to be the Irish pub life. The Cliff's of Mohr and Blarney Castle were more beautiful than we expected and we highly recommend. We will never forget this trip and we thank Ms. Larkin for her wonderful planning and attention.

Irish Tourism made our first trip to Ireland possible. My husband and I decided 5 weeks before our travel date to actually go to Ireland. We had no clue how to plan such a big trip in such a short time. Friends of ours used Irish Tourism for their trip and recommended them. Linda Larkin was responsive and fabulous to work with. Any time I emailed her with questions or seeking advice, she responded promptly. And all of her recommendations were spot on. We travelled to Kilkenny, Killarney, Doolin, Connemara, Galway and Dublin. Our trip was perfect thanks to her.

Our recent two week self drive B&B tour was going as planned until we stopped at our scheduled B&B in Galway on the Saturday of the bank holiday weekend. Due to a clerical error made by the B&B owner, we had no place to stay. Fortunately we found a hotel in Gort that met our needs. Irish Tourism turned what could have been a disaster into a great weekend stay. They reimbursed our costs and included a significant courtesy amount for our difficult situation. The staff was very helpful in the planning and delivered everything promised to make our trip an outstanding memory. Their reaction to the unexpected situation was also outstanding.

The accommodations and itinerary were terrific. It was a very smooth process - especially considering we started the planning process less than a month from the trip. Irish Tourism was very responsive and easy to work with throughout. I would definitely recommend them.

Brilliant! We had a wonderful holiday touring around Ireland all organised by Irish Tourism. They dealt with everything for us – from car hire, 4* hotels and an in depth itinerary around the country, with detailed travel directions and many suggested places to visit. We were spoilt for choice! I’m glad that we chose the 10 day self drive tour as we would have missed some lovely places otherwise. All the hotels were up to expectation, comfortable and in excellent locations. Nuala at Irish Tourism was so helpful and supportive. Answered all our queries promptly and went out of her way to make sure that our holiday was successful and just what we wanted. When we had a query part way through the holiday, she dealt with it immediately and to our complete satisfaction. I cannot recommend Irish Tourism highly enough. I am so glad that we organised our holiday through them.

We recently travelled to Dublin, Killarney and Galway. We arranged train travel, hotels and 1 day with a driver thru Irish Tourism. All aspects of the trip were more than satisfactory with excellent hotel locations and all travel very easy to navigate. Irish Tourism is a pleasure to do business with. A wonderful stress free trip.

Everything was done so well. The trains were easy to use. The hotels were great. And the day trips were exceptional. There's no way we could have had this kind of experience doing it any other way.

My sister and I recently returned from a 10 night Irish Castles and Manors stay - Silver. We had a fabulous time. Self drove the 800+ miles. I did upgrade the car to a slightly larger very comfortable Cupra. The Inns and Castles were beautiful with great meals and hospitality. Maria at Irish Tourism was very helpful when we made a slight change to our itinerary. I highly recommend booking with Maria!!

Irish Tourism was the perfect choice for what my husband and I wanted for our trip to Ireland! Linda Larkin was our agent and planned our fourteen night drive yourself tour to perfection! This was an amazing trip! We took the six night fairytale experience and could not have asked for a better itinerary. The service before, during and after the trip was out of this world. The accommodations were luxurious and only added to the beautiful Irish countryside throughout the trip. The suggested routes provided by our trip planner Linda were spot on and made for a once in a lifetime trip.

We stayed at Hotel Kilkenny last 14/15August 2023. We booked 2 nights/ 2 regular rooms for ourselves ( elderly grandparents and 2 teenage grandchildren) for Euro 760 which was confirmed by email. The evening we arrived we were asked to pay for the accommodation. Payment was taken and we went to bed after an exhausting day of travel from Northern Ireland. Next morning I looked at our payment receipt to find double the agreed amount Euro 1,600 had been deduct from our bank account. Hotel Kilkenny is a basic family hotel near the town centre. I spoke to the manager who was rude and abrupt.He said I was stupid and we could leave if we wanted to.

The careful planning by Maria. We communicated regularly and she provided timely responses. She made the most of our quick timeline and packed it with interesting options. Her recommendation of taking a private car from Killarney to Galway was especially helpful as it avoided long train travel and allowed us to learn from our driver.

Linda Larkin worked with us to customize our self driving tour. We had a lot of changes and added another traveler and she helped us create a memorable holiday.

My mom and I had a splendid time in Ireland! Linda was my main point of contact, and she was able to curate a rail tour for me that both covered the scenery and the city life. The first leg of my trip was in Killarney. Our hotel was in the middle of town and our main event was the Ring of Kerry tour. Despite the weather (I am from California), the tour was magnificent! If you ever go to Ireland, you must travel the coastline! Our second leg was Dublin. I truly fell in love with this city, it is simply magnificent! Our accommodations was ideal, it was adjacent to Trinity College, right next to Merrion Square Park (there is an Oscar Wilde statue in that park) and not too far from Grafton Street. Linda set us up with the hop on hop off bus tour, prepaid Guinness Storehouse tickets, and tickets for the Irish House Party. My mother and I loved all of it, especially as we had incredible flexibility with exploring the city at our own pace. Linda provided me a packet with my reservation and voucher numbers and directions on how to use the Irish Rail, which was relatively easy to understand. I do not use public transportation much, but by the end of my stay, my mother and I became proficient bus and rail riders. Linda also provide a more extensive packet of things and places to visit in Killarney and Dublin. Since one week was not enough, I will return to visit Ireland one day and I will definitely work with Irish Tourism once again. Thank you Linda and Irish Tourism staff for all that you do!

First time traveling with kids to Ireland and the accomodations were great. The agency customized our trip and we did a self tour that was very easy to do. Highly recommend this company for taking care of the details and making a holiday stress free. I plan to use them again.

The trip was very well planned out. We very much enjoyed having tours/hotels/drivers arranged yet plenty of freedom to make other choices and not feel herded around as in a large group tour.
