Obviously all the reviews are fake for this company. Never have I had to deal with such diabolical customer service, it's basically no existent. They're just another 3rd party company sucking money out of struggling consumers, there's literally no need for them. I detest then in every way possible.
Spoke to Steve in customer service. Very helpful and polite sorted issue.
I had a wonderful chat with Stephen aka Steve as he said he likes to be called. He was very helpful didn't leave me on hold for long and was very quick with dealing with my problem. I only hope to get him on call the next time i phone up.
Insight Energy installation of my S&P Charger was effortless and smooth experience. Being new to the EV space all options was made cleared and accommodated all my requirements. Tom & Jack handled the process with so much expertise and making it, a stress free installation. Highly recommended Insight Energy Solar. I will definitely comeback for solar installation. Kristian gave me some great advice about an EV charger and install. Price was fair and he took the time to explain what made their quote superior to others to justify a slightly higher price which I was happy to pay. His team came out as arranged and did a great job on the install, no mess and even worked around items in the garage and loft. All certs sent by email and details of logins etc for the charger.

Adam Day was the only electrician to reply to my request on Trust a trader. He accepted the urgency of my query and was very communicative before arriving on ti.e and solving the electrical issue. I would highly recommend this company
