Good Service
When booking I was mislead by the price advertised on the web site. Base rate does not mean anything to the public. I saw a price as a transfer but it wasn't correct. Needs to be more transparent. Driver was nice and pleasant. Communication was good. I didn't like that the S Class driver used a satnav to go to LHR. If it was needed it should be prepared before the passenger getts into the car. However the route was very straight forward and I do not believe the satnav was required for my journey.

HONEST,PROFESSIONAL AND RELIABLE COMPANY
I have used imperial rides for my wedding day and i can definitely say it was an amazing experience. Clean vehicle and great communication as well as the driver providing good communication. I will highly recommend this company.

I was called by the owner who confined details of my booking. The car as ordered arrived exactly on time and we were delivered to Heathrow airport in plenty of time.. Great service, no stress or worrying the car wouldn't turn up.. Thanks for you wonderful customer service. Bronwyn Horn
