Everything was as it should be. On time, vehicle in excellent condition and spotless inside and the driver was thoroughly professional. I have used other services before but would not hesitate to use Imperial Ride again.

I used Imperial Ride Chauffeur service for my sisters funeral. I can not say how pleased I was with the service they gave at such a difficult time for me and my family. Easy service and good help from Ali in the head office. Ordered two cars for a big celebrity and his entourage - the drivers called me when they arrived (which was reassuring to know they were there) and everyone from the celebrity and entourage was happy with the service. Below service. Only 2 bottles of water when I specifically advised 3 passengers were travelling. Driver was confused about the correct time to show up and showed up 20 minutes early making us have to wait longer for our next appointment. Also parked to close to other cars so could not open doors properly when requested. Also was not confident of route and turned up looking unkept and tired. Waaay below what i was expecting. Disappointing to say the least!
