From when I visited because the log in screen failed to appear. Within 30 seconds Lee sorted. No suggestion that he wanted any payment. However I decided to book my laptop in for a heath check, which Lee did within 1 day. On at least one other occasion I have popped in, he gives free advice.
Good promp service to remove software that was causing problems and refused to be removed by normal methods. Lee quickly removed the code that had hidden in the registry that I couldn't, and just before Christmas when time was running short too. Thank You

Had a power supply issue with my PC. Did a search locally and found ILLIT Solutions. Lee was very professional and friendly, assured me it would take a few days to do a diagnostic of the hardware and order the required parts. I wasn't waiting long and received updates of how the repair was going. Happy to say, I finally have my PC back up and running again with a new PSU! Thanks again Lee!
