Hyponix Sporting Goods Reviews

I recently purchased the Monkey Line for my twin daughters, hoping to get them more active and spend some quality time outdoors. Not only did the product exceed every expectation - easy setup, durable materials, and countless configuration options - but the customer service was unparalleled! I had a few queries about installation, and I was genuinely surprised by the responsiveness and kindness of the support team. They were patient, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful, ensuring I felt confident in setting up the Monkey Line safely. It was evident that they genuinely cared about our experience and were eager to make it as enjoyable as possible. My daughters are absolutely thrilled with the Monkey Line, and I’m over the moon seeing their smiles as they swing, jump, and explore. It's brought a new level of fun and excitement to our backyard activities, and I am at peace knowing it's all secure. A big shout-out to the Hyponix Sporting team for their exemplary service and for creating such an innovative, quality product. Our family has been recommending the Monkey Line to everyone we know. It's a complete game-changer!

Last summer our kids were VERY excited to set up their 60' Ninja Warrior Obstacle Course by Hyponix Sporting. Unfortunately, during set up we noticed that the cargo net stitching was out in one section, so it wasn't safe to use. After contacting Hyponix to see if they could swap out the cargo net instead of having to return the whole set, I was relieved to hear from them that they would. After some back-and-forth regarding parts delay, we were told the product would be shipping in September (2022) and it should take 3-5 business days. WE'RE STILL WAITING. I've followed up multiple times by multiple means and have been ghosted. So, we're headed into season number two where we can't include the cargo net in the set up. My kids are extremely disappointed about the set up, as are we with this company's unacceptable behaviour.

Looks really well made. Set up was pretty simple. Even found a video tutorial on line.

Seriously, made in China. I feel like I’ve been lied to.

Kids love it , spend hours on it

Our five grandchildren, ages 2-6, loved the addition to the playground we have at our home for them.

Our grandson, ages 10, 11, and 13 LOVE playing on the monkey line! The youngest is fairly short, so the line is not too high. But the 13 year old figured out how to hang and do flips yay! Much better than staring at screens! Can't wait until your other products are back in stock,

I purchased the Monkey line for our granddaughter for Christmas. She loves it!

My kids are so excited to have something in our yard they can climb and swing on. They’ve been out there for about an hour already today. Easy setup. Super sturdy!

Great quality! Grand girls are loving it!

Great quality, the grandkids are loving it!

High-quality, great product!

Our kids love the monkey line! It's a great alternative to a play set and will grow with them. We had a question about set up and the customer service was excellent and fast and very helpful and our issue was resolved. Recommend!!!

So far, so good! Hard to get enough height without a ladder. Everything is well built and solid, and easy to put up and take down. The included storage bag should be larger to accommodate more accessories, and the instructions could be more detailed.

This is an excellent product. My son really enjoys it.

Much sturdier than I was expecting! My granddaughter says some kind of anchor for the ladder would help and she'd like to see some sort of tire swing or something for when her hands get tired! Other than that it's pretty awesome!

So far so good our little monkey loves it. Super easy to set up!!

My grandkids are having a blast on it! It's a great way to get everyone outside and I love that you can add on to it over time. I bought from you guys because the quality seemed really nice-- it is-- and I was impressed with the warranty you offer. I haven't tried it yet, but all of the adults in our household meet the weight requirements so we will soon!

Our little monkey is loving it! She hasn’t been able to go to a playground since Covid struck and has really been missing her active play time. Now she has a good challenge!

This outside obstacle course is awesome thank you my son loves it
