Last summer our kids were VERY excited to set up their 60' Ninja Warrior Obstacle Course by Hyponix Sporting. Unfortunately, during set up we noticed that the cargo net stitching was out in one section, so it wasn't safe to use. After contacting Hyponix to see if they could swap out the cargo net instead of having to return the whole set, I was relieved to hear from them that they would. After some back-and-forth regarding parts delay, we were told the product would be shipping in September (2022) and it should take 3-5 business days. WE'RE STILL WAITING. I've followed up multiple times by multiple means and have been ghosted. So, we're headed into season number two where we can't include the cargo net in the set up. My kids are extremely disappointed about the set up, as are we with this company's unacceptable behaviour.
