Great flavors

My order was lost when their system glitched. When I reached out to them about the issue they responded within 24 hours, refunded my card when the order could not be found, and offered me 2 free bottles of juice for the inconvenience. They even apologized for not being able to package the free bottles with my replacement order, which I really had requested to make things easier on their end.

Humble is great. Quality products at a great price. The only gripe I have is their use of USPS to deliver their products because on occasion something will be dammaged. Humble is really good about discounting your next order if this happens though, so it all balances out. 5 stars fo sho.

The customer service was phenomenal actually. Speedy response, and understanding of what happened. Originally they sent the wrong shirt so I emailed and they said they’d send the right one this time. Unfortunately... they literally sent the exact same shirt, wrong color, wrong design but at this point it’s whatever.

Both juices I ordered are great tasting and priced very well. Shipping was also quick. I will be a regular shopper with Humble.

This was the first time I had to contact customer service for this company, and quite frankly it was terrible. I made a mistake in my order and wanted to see if it could be exchanged for the product I wanted. Customer service took several days to respond before telling me that I would need to pay return shipping (fine with me) and a 25% restocking fee (not as fine). The agent was snarky, rude. It would have cost me more to send the bottle back and get the correct one that it would have been to cut my losses and order what I wanted. Will not be ordering again, and have absolutely let all of my friends and family know about the experience ;)

I just bought heaps of coffee tobacco bottles of Havana's online but then noticed the huge warning label about the chemicals they use causes cancers, so don't want too use them now..... Why are 90% of other juices I've bought 100% natural and yours states the chemical you use causes cancers; WHY PUT IT IN THERE THEN???????? No other company needs these warnings because they use pure/organic, so why choose to put deadly chemicals in it.........
