This was the first time I had to contact customer service for this company, and quite frankly it was terrible. I made a mistake in my order and wanted to see if it could be exchanged for the product I wanted. Customer service took several days to respond before telling me that I would need to pay return shipping (fine with me) and a 25% restocking fee (not as fine). The agent was snarky, rude. It would have cost me more to send the bottle back and get the correct one that it would have been to cut my losses and order what I wanted. Will not be ordering again, and have absolutely let all of my friends and family know about the experience ;)
