Hulu

Hulu has become the most over rated, over priced, least helpful streaming service. They continually raise their prices, yet their service has constant error messages, constantly logs you out of your trusted device, doesn't allow you to sign back in because THEY are having issues, then to top it off YOU CAN GET NO HELP! Why, because you have to be logged in! Three days in a row, I was kicked off, three days in a row I was logged in on my computer, three days in a row their error message told me I wasn't logged in and would not send me to a live chat. Call on the phone, "extremely long wait times, go to live chat for assistance". On the third day, I received the notice they were yet again raising the prices but adding nothing beneficial. Good Bye. Cancelled Immediately. Well, not immediately, because that too didn't work. But finally Got it done.

Zero stars if I could. Suddenly they are raising rates yet show options are from my childhood...nothing new. Was on hold 3 hrs then decided to hit star for a call back in the order my call was received. Finally received a call an hour later but not 3 minutes in I was disconnected. Had to sit through the whole fiasco again. Then the person that called back hardly spoke English and didn't seem to understand my complaint. Done with Hulu and these money grabbing mergers.

Despite the ridiculously high subscriptions price (which I was just notified is increasing again to $89!) the platform does not work. Live TV never works as it should, always indicates the menu is not available, and constantly buffers. Gigantic waste of money.

They consistently go up in prices and when it's a mainstream event such as games and/or fights their station freezes or logs you out.

I love Hulu watch it every night I always watch Frasier over and over before I go to bed plus all the other shows they play I can’t even get through two minutes of the show and I have to see an ad and another ad and another ad it’s ridiculous if you guys are that greedy for money it’s pretty sad can’t even watch a show without an ad totally disappointing you guys severely disappointed one of my favorite TV apps so disappointed

Laggy, nothing interesting to watch, too many ads. I stand against censorship and fascism. Bring Jimmy Kimmel back. Soulless and corrupt with no morals. October 18th No Kings protest, hope to see y'all there!

Laggy app, boring content, terrible values of the company.

Stops working randomly. Have to close app and re open. Captions frequently disappear or run too fast. The help that is offered when calling support is terrible. The price is too high. I signed up to watch king of the hill. Probably going to cancel soon.

Trying to complete login in conjunction with Disney+. Machine will not connect me with chat until I login since that is the problem it will never get solved. I have serious hearing discrimination problems, especially with foreign accents, so I cannot call. Like seven other chat machines I have experienced the machine at Hulu hasn't been programmed to help folks like me.

Our family had both Hulu and Disney subscriptions but will be voting with our dollars and cancelling both following the capitulation of Hulu’s parent company, Disney to anti-free speech government overreach. Unacceptable regardless of political affiliation.

I expected Hulu to be a platform where diverse voices and creative freedom could thrive. Instead, what I see is a company willing to compromise its integrity by submitting to fascist influence. Entertainment should challenge us, inspire us, and reflect the wide spectrum of human experience. Hulu’s decision to bend under pressure shows that profit has been placed above principle. That isn’t leadership, it’s surrender. It’s disappointing to watch a streaming service with such potential reduce itself to a mouthpiece for control. Viewers deserve better than corporations that normalize authoritarianism and silence.

Bring Back Jimmy Kimmel!

Have had Hulu live for a while and it was okay overall. Recently have been unable to stream certain sports games on my TV even though could screen it on my phone in the same location. Spent over 3 hrs on the phone with Hulu who kept telling me it was not being streamed in my area even though I know it was and could see it on my phone. What really upset me though is that I was told it would be investigated and when I asked that someone get back to me I was told that could not happen as their policy does not allow it and then the agent put the phone down on me. Very disappointed with their service and will be looking for a new provider.

Hulu sucks, cancel culture gotcha back!

I immediately canceled my subscription because ABC’s canceling of Jimmy Kimmel for saying things the constitution allows is a disgrace to this country and in support of an authoritarian regime.

Disgusting company. No morals. no shame.
