Hulu

After the Kimmel fiasco I was prepared to get it again when I heard he was coming back. Then I heard they would be hiking up the price to compensate for what was lost. I thought surely that was an exaggeration. But I got an email a day later saying the subscription cost was raising. I think it's by $3 or $4. I'm so tired of billionaires' crap, I'm actually prepared to just go back to the way life was in the 90s. It's probably healthier anyway. Screw this.

I get to watch more ads than actual show. Let's just pay $20 and have 2 minute shows interrupting 2 hours worth of ads. HULU should call itself horseshit. That is about what it's worth!

My wife signed up. She was told it would cost $9.99 per month. We got 5 monthly bills at $87 per month. When I called they said we got the ESPN - Disney - Hulu package, and wouldn’t credit us.

I’ve only been with Hulu for a month. Prior to that I was with cable. Hulu is much more awkward to use. It’s constantly buffering. I’m thinking of going back to cable, even though I did save some money by going to Hulu. Fairly frustrated at this point with Hulu. Not what I thought it would be.

Hulu charged me for the add ons that I canceled. The rep canceled my account. Had to get another rep to refund my money. Days later I got an email for an offer of $2.99 a month for six months. They charged me for that but it still says I don’t have an active account. I sent an email with the proof I paid for it. I just sent another email asking them to fix it. Who knows if they will fix it or not.

Constant buffering, lag, change in resolution. Literally makes shows unwatchable. Step up your game Hulu u r becoming a joke.

I had till the 21st of October before my bill went up so I canceled the subscription and they canceled it without letting me get the service I already paid for Plus they only gave me 11 months at 99 cents not a year! Then when talking to customer service after confirming my email and name the representative called me John then David and blamed it on helping multiple accounts while live chatting with me!

Way too many pharmaceutical commercials! Literally every single commercial is related to some drug company pushing treatment for some new diagnoses you’ve never heard of before! What is happening !!

Hulu is the worst! I constantly get an error “we are having trouble showing this video right now” and they expect me to visit their website which is useless. I’m sure this is all Disney’s influence.

Not worth near what they are asking ,cannot even turn the volume up without it locking it up and pausing it for long periods of time have to turn tv sometimes unplug tv it locks up so much it’s stupid

I get on the Hulu today to tell me they're up in the charges and I pay for Hulu and ESPN Plus didn't get any of my local channels on my TV it says unavailable in my area Hulu doesn't even know where my area is because it got me listed in Detroit Michigan instead of Dayton Ohio I pay for all this to watch college football on Saturdays I didn't get to watch half the games today including the Ohio State game that wasn't available in my local area I live in Ohio how is an Ohio State game not available in your area when you live in the state of Ohio I had to watch more SEC games today than Big ten games because apparently Big ten games are available and Big ten country they do this next week to me I am suspending this subscription if you're a college football fan you're probably going to have a better time on YouTube TV apparently it's better at least they got to watch their games

A robotic experience that doesn't solve anything, so nice...

Purchased a three month membership because there was a deal. On my last month the website had a redirect to a page letting me know the price would go up soon (onboarding page). I clicked the "got it" button, but it never allows me past the page. I did some research and this is an issue that's been going on for years. I was able to cancel my account but there's no way to watch anything on Hulu for the final month I've paid for. My account is locked on that page. Switching browsers, clearing my cache, and using the app doesn't fix it.

I hate that Hulu advertises gambling . I also complain that there are too many commercials. You guys make billions…give us a break. Netflix, prime, viki cost less than you without commercials! Take better care of your customers. I’m going to cancel.

TMobile partnered with Hulu to give us free access to Hulu streaming. I have been working since JULY 30 2025 to try to get this to work. Apparently there is a glitch in the handoff between the two companies. My TMobile app shows 'active' on the Hulu benefit but when I log into Hulu, it insists I have to pick a PAYING plan, does not show me the TMobile benefit. I have called both companies but the problem is on the HULU side and there is no date for resolution. It essentially cuts off a number of customers from being to see Hulu and find out that they want to keep the service. It is really irritating and while I'd like to get Hulu service, it's made me mad enough that I'm not going to bother.

ABC/HULU said they were bringing Jimmy Kimmel back but Jimmy Kimmel is not back to Hulu cause I can’t watch him on there the next day anymore and I can’t watch South Park the next day anymore so what the hell Hulu! I was considering renewing my subscription after ABC brought Kimmel back, but if you’re not bringing him back to me then too bad

Hulu failed when it sold to discusting Chinese Disney. I been back and forth a few times. Same garbage movies. Now just so you know they losing revenue due to the 2 companies refusing to show jimmy loser Kimmel your prices are going up another 10$ not that's surprising prices go up every year. And it's Disney doing this. best thing you can do is shun all Disney owned tv that's Hulu thats Disney abc and others I would never go to Disney world even if it meant my survival... Think about it Disney wants every penny you ever earned.

It is impossible to cancel a subscription. The email is a no-reply email. The website log-in does not work (I have tried putting in a pass code eight times). The chatbot only allowed you to speak with an agent if you are logged in. The phone number does not work. I have now looked back at my emails and went through the same process in 2021 and I think the company has been charging me ever since without my using it. WORST customer service ever.

They are ridiculously overpriced always have been but is getting worse and worse. I had to cancel live as it was just getting more expensive as time went on! My main frustration was searching for a movie or show, every time I do it always says Hulu has it. They rarely ever do and if they do you have to order Chanel’s that just raise the bill more than it already is! It’s just a crappy money pit and I have found plex to be way better! I’m not sure how Hulu live is still running with all of the price gouging they love to do!!

Your company is against free speech right in our faces!!! If we don't fight to preserve our rights, they will be so hard/impossible to get back! SHAME ON YOU DISNEY AND HULU!
